  • In order to comply with the new regulations and to maintain the highest level of personal data protection, we kindly inform that the Administrator processes your personal data in the following scope:

    • E-mail addresses
    • Phone numbers
  • The data were obtained directly from you, third parties (employers / associates) or come from publicly available sources and are processed as a result of the implementation of purchase contracts / processes.

    • art. 6 sec. 1 letter. b GDPR, i.e. to perform the contract, execute purchase processes, 
    • art. 6 sec. 1 letter. f GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party. The legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator include:
      • offering clients the provision of sale of computer hardware (as long as consent has been granted to receive commercial information), The Administrator processes the acquired personal data in specific time intervals in order to carry out marketing campaigns consisting of informing about hardware solutions. Data processing is necessary for the Administrator to be able to create and provide its clients with products and solutions that increase the level of data security the may be interested in.
      • data processing for archival purposes,
      • data processing for statistical purposes,
      • data processing for the purposes of defense against claims or pursuing claims related to the purchase contract.
  • Personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract with the Administrator for the provision of services, and then the archived data will be processed for the period in which claims may be submitted under the contract. In the event that the processing of personal data is based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter. a GDPR, personal data will be processed until this consent is revoked.
  • Personal data may be made available to data recipients, e.g. suppliers and manufacturers, an entity providing accounting, legal and IT services, subcontractors, courier and postal companies.
  • The administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
  • The Administrator processes personal data in certain time intervals in order to carry out marketing campaigns consisting of informing about hardware solutions. The processing of personal data for the needs mentioned above is within the scope of the business activity of Administrator, at the same time data processing is necessary for the Administrator to be able to provide its clients with products they may be interested in.
  • Personal data is processed manually and automatically in order to provide clients of Administrator with comprehensive economic information as part of the products offered by the Administartor, as well as for statistical purposes.
  • In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
    • request the Administrator to provide you access to your personal data,
    • request the Administrator to correct your personal data,
    • request the Administrator to delete your personal data,
    • request the Administrator to limit the processing scope of your personal data,
    • object to the processing of your personal data,
    • withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
    • transferring your personal data,
    • lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of Personal Data Protection Office.
